About ME (EN)
DeEgo – Body Listening Yoga
A gentle space for those who never felt safe enough to be themselves. A place that brings you back to your truest self…through the body.

The Beginning: My Body and Years of Chronic Symptoms
I’m Goy, a yoga teacher who works with the body and the nervous system to help you feel safe enough to be who you really are.
I never imagined I would one day teach Trauma-Informed Yoga. For a long time, I didn’t even know I had trauma.
I grew up living inside society’s expectations — the good girl, the smart one, the strong one, the responsible one, the successful one who could handle everything. From the outside, my life looked “successful enough.” But my body was telling a different truth.
- Headaches and migraines
- Chronic neck and shoulder tension
- Shallow breathing and unconscious breath-holding
- Eye strain, dizziness, and brain fog
- Constipation, acid reflux, and other digestive issues
- Fatigue that never improved, no matter how much I rested
- Insomnia and waking up in the middle of the night
- Anxiety and panic
- A deep emptiness, as if something inside was missing
These were signals my body had been trying to send me. At that time, I didn’t know how to listen to my own body. I could sense something was wrong, but I had no language for what it really was.
The Path: Trauma-Informed Yoga Journey
I once believed trauma meant “big events.” And because I never experienced anything dramatic, I assumed I couldn’t possibly have trauma. But I later learned the truth: Trauma is not the event.
It is what remains inside the nervous system and the body. It lives in…
- the looping thoughts
- the smile that hides fear
- the strength that covers insecurity
- the tension that never softens
- the guilt when resting
- the endless pushing
- the body stuck in survival mode
This understanding guided me back “home” back to my body through Trauma-Informed Yoga, Embodiment, Somatic Experience, and Body Listening.

The Moment Everything Shifted: Feeling Instead of Controlling
The first day I allowed myself to truly feel after years of shutting down, my body began to cry, shake, and breathe deeply again without any effort to “fix” or “understand.”
That was when I realized that the body never lies. Coming back to the body is coming back to the deepest truth of who we are.
And if you are anything like I was back then,
I want you to experience this gentle and honest return to yourself too.

DeEgo Space: A Place to Come Home to Yourself
I created DeEgo Embodiment Yoga for people who were once like me—
• who have been strong for too long
• who keep pushing until they collapse
• who never felt safe enough to be themselves
• who live to survive rather than to truly live.
This space is for you. To return to yourself — without pressure, without rushing, without proving anything ever again.

Ask me anything.
I’m here to help you find the path that fits you
Because I truly believe:
We were not born just to survive.
We were born to live our own life — fully, gently and honestly.
Beloved, I see you.
And just being you… is already enough.
